Dr. Deborah D. Cochell
Dr. Debbie completed her
undergraduate requirements at Oregon State University and
obtained her veterinary degree there in1998.
Dr. Debbie serves on the Advisory Board of Project Pooch.
Project Pooch is a non-profit organization that works with
youth in corrections to develop personal and vocational
skills they will need to become responsible, productive
members of the community. The program accomplishes this by
teaching youth to care for and train shelter dogs for
adoption. Dr. Debbie works with educating the youth about
responsible and preventive health care for the dogs and
helps them troubleshoot common problems.
Dr. Debbie is an active member of Marion Polk Veterinary
Association (MPVA) serving as the President in 2001. She is
a member of the Oregon Veterinary Medical Association
(OVMA), and the American Veterinary Medical Association
(AVMA). Having been raised on a dairy farm, Dr. Debbie is an
ardent supporter of the Dairy Princess local and state
programs.
She is an Owner/Partner of Woodburn Veterinary Clinic and
Sequoia Veterinary Clinic.
Dr. Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and in the
great outdoors with activities which include hiking,
fishing, and camping. She is a certified scuba diver and
loves visiting warm tropic locations.
